4to., First Edition, with coloured portrait frontispiece, 7 coloured plates, 96 monochrome plates (all from drawings by the artist) and coloured endpaper maps; red cloth, gilt back, boards and backstrip mildly faded else a very good, bright, clean copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter chipped (just affecting lettering) at head of backstrip and lightly browned on (predominantly white) rear panel.
