A MS NOTE ON FRONT PASTE-DOWN STATES 'ORIGINAL PROOF COPY 1936'. LOOSELY INSERTED IS A TYPED AND HANDWRITTEN SHEET STATING THAT THIS COPY WAS PRESENTED TO RMA SANDHURST ON BEHALF OF THE OFFICERS OF 19TH KGO LANCERS.
