A request by the author for information regarding Lieut.-Col. L.C. Morley, Royal Hampshire Regiment, senior officer i/c British Military Mission at Irkutsk in 1919; (3) T.L.s. from Captain H. Flint, Royal Hampshire Regiment, responding in some detail to the author's request; (4) publisher's printed order form for the published work. Apart from the author's book we have been unable to trace any published dedicated account of BRITMIS, which accordingly remains a well-nigh forgotten component of the immediate aftermath of WWI.
