The photograph depicts the 2nd Battalion on parade at Chelsea Barracks. The mount is badged for the Battalion and captioned 2nd Battalion Coldstream Guards, Chelsea Barracks, June 1925. A superb and most unusual momento of the 2nd Battalion between the wars. The 2nd Battalion Coldstream Guards (1684-1993) was placed in suspended animation on 31 December 1993. Its traditions are maintained by in the incremental No. 7 Company. EXTREMELY SCARCE.
