THE OFFICIAL AND INDISPENSABLE COMMENTARY ON THE ITALIAN CAMPAIGN. The first three parts (in two volumes) were prepared by Field-Marshal [then General] Henry Maitland Wilson who succeeded Eisenhower as SACM. The third and final volume, issued in 1951, was compiled by Viscount Alexander. Inexplicably, this series is not recorded by Enser. COMPLETE SETS ARE VERY SCARCE, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION.
